How It Works

Digest combines multiple digestive enzymes, each selected to help break down specific components of food.*

The TZyme® Protease Blend provides protease and peptidase activity to assist with the breakdown of dietary proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids.*

Lipase supports the digestion of dietary fats, while the TZyme® Polysaccharolytic Blend provides a broad spectrum of enzymes that help digest starches, sugars, lactose, plant fibers, and complex carbohydrates.*

Together, these enzymes provide comprehensive digestive support across a wide variety of foods and macronutrients.*

How to Use

Take 1 capsule with every meal or snack with at least 8 oz of liquid, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Capsule contents may also be removed and taken by spoon immediately after mixing with a small amount of tepid water.
